Born June 13, 1908, in Jenners, a son of Steve and Anna (Nymick) Nymick. Preceded in death by parents; one sister, Mrs. Helen Mill; three brothers, John, George and Steve. Survived by his widow, the former Julia Janeski; and two children, Joan, wife of George Winovich of Rockville, Md.; John E., married to the former Karen Sarver of Jenners; and five grandchildren. Brother of Mrs. Mary Baraniak of Boswell; Mrs. Anna Zebrak of New Kensington; and Mrs. Catherine Krutles of Somerset. Half-brother of Andew [sic] Nymick of Greenwood, Ind. Member of St. Stanlislaus Catholic Church in Boswell; Boswell 461 American Legion; Jenner Rod and Gun Club; Iron Workers Local 3, Pittsburgh; and army veteran of World War II. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 409 Main Street, Boswell, where wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday in the St. Stanislaus Church with the Rev. Lawrence Wolkonowski, O.F.M. Conv., officiating. Interment, church cemetery.
