   Leonard J. Oakman, 80, Jenners, died Feb. 27, 2008. Born Feb. 17, 1928, in Indiana,
  Pa., a son of Albert and Eve (Thompson) Oakman. Preceded in death by parents; sister,
  Phyllis; brother, Theodore. Survived by loving companion of 31 years, Ruth Chynoweth;
  son, Chad and wife, Christina; grandchildren, Noah and Emma; brother of Donna and the
  late Douglas Sodano and their children, Douglas, Joseph, and Monty; sister, Janice and
  husband, Robert Raley and their children, Lugene, Robert Jr. and Rhonda; numerous
  great-nieces and nephews. Retired truck driver of 50 years. Member of the Polish Falcons,
  American Legion, Jerome Home Aid Association, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Jenner Rod and Gun
  Club, Greater Ferndale Sportsmen's Club. Leonard will be loved and missed. No viewing or
  service at the request of the deceased. Monetary donations may be sent to Conemaugh
