  Ernest C. O'Brien, 81, of O'Brien Road, Rockwood, died Dec. 31, 1998, at home. 
  Born Aug. 9, 1917, in Milford Township, son of the late Edward and Hattie 
  (Baughman) O'Brien. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Earl and Elwood, and 
  sisters Mae Nicholson and Mary O'Brien. Survived by sisters Ada Briskey, Gladys 
  O'Brien, and brother Dalton J. O'Brien, all of Rockwood. Also several nieces and 
  nephews. Member of St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Rockwood. Long-time farmer in 
  Milford Township. Friends will be received from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday at Miller 
  Funeral Home, Rockwood, where funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. 
  Tuesday, Pastor George Mason officiating. Family will receive friends two hours 
  prior to service. Interment, Rockwood IOOF Cemetery.
