  CHARLES M. O'DONNELL
  
  Charles M. O'Donnell Sr., 68, of Meyersdale, died Jan. 14, 1983,
  at Meyersdale Community Hospital.   He was born March 8, 1914, in
  St. Michael, a son of the late Michael and Mary (Schmidt)
  O'Donnell.
    He is survived by his wife, the former Inez McBee; and these
  children: Mrs. May Jane Holden of Hawthorne Woods., Ill.; Mrs.
  Constance Silliman, Freeport; Michael and Charles Jr., both of
  Meyersdale; and Robert, of Roxbury; 14 grandchildren; seven great-
  grandchildren.
    He was the brother of: Michael, New Kensington; James of
  Houston; and Hugh of Curtisville; Mrs. Ruth Beck of Carlisle; Mrs.
  Dorothy Johns of Natrona Heights; and Mrs. Eleanor McChesney of
  Harrisonville.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.
  Mass of Christian Burial was held at the SS. Philip and James
  Catholic Church, Meyersdale, with the Rev. Harold Biller
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.
