O'Dwyer, 88, formerly of Berlin, died Aug 9, 1972, in Donahue Manor Nursing Home, Bedford. Born in Berlin, June 2, 1884, she was a daughter of the late Dr. John S. and Wilhelmina (Hargnett) Garman. She was preceded in death by her husband, William O'Dwyer, April 3, 1954. Surviving is a brother, Dr. Ralph A. Garman of Tomah, Wis.; also three nephews. She was a member of the Berlin United Church of Christ, a 50-year member of Lady Berlin Rebekah Lodge, and a member of Forbes Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Funeral service was conducted Friday afternoon in Johnson and Son Funeral Home, Berlin, with Rev. Ralph E. Mills officiating. Interment in Berlin IOOF Cemetery.
