  JULIUS OESTER
  	
    Julius Oester, 93, died Sunday, March 11, 1990, at his residence in
  Grantsville, MD.
    Born September 17, 1896 in the Cove, he was the son of the late George
  and Salina (Bowser) Neil Oester.
    He was an employee of the Earl Burow farm in Grantsville, MD.  He was
  also a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in the Cove.
    He served with the Army in World War I.
    Survivors include: one sister, Mrs. Rose Richter, Grantsville, MD; and
  numerous nieces and nephews.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, MD, where
  services were conducted by the Rev. Ernest Linder at 2 p.m. Wednesday at
  St. John's Lutheran Church, the Cove.
    Interment, church cemetery.
