Born Feb. 6, 1908 in Boynton, Elk Lick Township. Son of George Washington and Minnie Mae (Deffenbaugh) Shippy. Preceded in death by parents; husband Edward Kimmel Ogline who died May 30, 1991; a brother William Shippy, a sister Minnie Critchfield, grandson Edward Ogline, and granddaughter Mary Alice Weigle. Survived by children: Mrs. Mary "Mamie" Weigle, widow of James W. Weigle of Hubbard, Ohio, and Jack W. Ogline married to the former Helen Stern, Friedens. Grandchildren: Ms. Georgia Ann Carr, Hubbard, Ohio; Mrs. David (Sally M.) Williamson of Macomb Township, Mich., and Mrs. Matthew (Jacqueline) Suit of Glen Burnie, Md., and great-grandchildren, Lisa and Natalie Carr, James P. Williamson, and Brady and Madison Suit. Member of Beulah United Methodist Church where she was a member of the choir of the Beulah Kitchen Band and taught Sunday School for 27 years. Friends will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Dennis A. Fetter officiating.
