"Bud", Ohler, 72, Dunlo, died March 23, 1986, at Memorial Hospital. He was born April 9, 1913, in Casselman, son of George W. and Dorothy (Barnhart) Ohler. He was preceded in death by parents; sons: Robert and George; daughter, Mary Ann; brothers: William and Joseph; and sister, Ruth Wilderman. He is survived by widow, former Dorothy Christner; and these children: Barbara, wife of Glenn Crum, Sidman; Margaret, wife of Howard Hill, Browns Mills, N.J.; Nancy, wife of George Yatsky, Dunlo; Carol, wife of Richard Walters, Goshen, Ind.; and Kenneth and Gene, both at home; also nine grandchildren. He was a brother of: Sadie Valentine, Hollsopple; Polly Pierre, Mildred Gratis and Clarence, all of Windber; John, Berlin; Kathryn, Burlington, N.J.; and Norman and Margaret Walters, both of Dunlo. Also survived by sister-in-law, Helen Ohler, Johnstown. He was a member of Dunlo United Methodist Church and Johnstown Local 6411, UMWA. Friends were received at George Funeral Home, Salix, where services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Mearle Leventry officiating. Interment, Dunmyer Cemetery.
