  JOHN JOSEPH OHLER
  
    John Joseph Ohler, 41, of Chesapeake, Va, died Jan. 4, 1980, at 
  Chesapeake.
    He was born Feb. 18, 1938 in Johnstown, son of John E.and Alma 
  (Chaney) Ohler. He was preceded in death by one brother, George.
    He is survived by his parents; his wife, the former Frances Mallory; 
  and four children: Shirley Jean, Deborah, Lynn, and John E., all at 
  home.  Four sisters: Mrs. James (Ellen) Benning, Mrs. Dalton (Amy) Miller, 
  and Mrs. Kenneth (Alma) Benning, all of Fairhope RD 1; and Mrs. John 
  (Shirley) Slope, Berlin RD 1.  Three brothers: William H,. Grand Junction, 
  Col,; Clarence, Somerset RD 7; and Robert, Berlin RD 1. He was a 
  supervisor pipe fitter at Norfolk, Va, Navy Shipyard.
    Friends were received at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home, Berlin, 
  where services were held with the Rev. Wayne D. Sautter officiating. 
  Interment Miller Cemetery.
