Ohler, 88, Markleton, died March 21, 1987, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born February. 26, 1899, in Humbert. Survived by four sons: Harry, and Noah, both of Markleton; James, Rockwood; and Robert, Markleton RD 1; one daughter, Mrs. George (Betty) Thompson, Quecreek; 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents and his wife, Surrie (Lyberger) Ohler, Dec. 28, 1975. Life-long farmer and coal miner in Somerset County. Friends will be received in the Wiliam J. Wood Funeral Home Monday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., where services will be conducted Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., with the Rev. Gregory Gohn officiating. Interment, Mount Zion Cemetery, Markleton.
