  James J "Jamie" O'Leary, 14, of Madison, Ohio, died Oct 28, 1994 at Rainbow 
  Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland.  Born March 5, 1980, in Geneva, Ohio, 
  to Jane A (Trent) and James O'Leary.  Survived by parents of Madison and  sisters, 
  Katie and Colleen O'Leary, at home.  Grandparents, Katherine and Kenneth Trent 
  of Somerset, and grandmother, Elizabeth O'Leary, Mentor, Ohio.  Preceded in death 
  by grandfather, Philip O'Leary.  Services were scheduled for 11 a.m. today at Behm 
  Funeral Home, Madison, Ohio.
