  Celia Rugg Olsen, 54, of 72 Hodgkinson, Street, Quincy, Massachusetts 
  died Tuesday, July 29, 1986, at Carney Hospital, Dorchester, Massachusetts. 
  Born July 23, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Aaron Rugg and Hannah 
  Mae (Johnson) Rugg.  She was a member of the Bethel Nazarene Church of 
  Quincy, Massachusetts.  She is survived by her husband Harold, a son Thomas 
  and two daughters Carol Olsen and Cindy Olsen, one sister Mary McClintock of 
  Imperial, and five brothers: Harry Rugg and Herbert Rugg, both of Confluence 
  RD 1; Arron Rugg and Lloyd Rugg of Washington, PA and Floyd Rugg of 
  Quincy, Massachusetts.
