  JACKLYN A. OLSEN
  
  Jacklyn Ann Olsen, infant daughter of Jeffrey J and Julie (Sparr) Olsen, Meyersdale, 
  died Thursday, Feb. 1, 1990, at Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV.  She was 
  born Jan. 28, 1990, in Morgantown, WV.  Surviving in addition to her parents are her 
  maternal grandparents, Harold and Frances LeVerne Sparr, Wellersburg; paternal 
  grandparents, Robert and Barbara Olsen and Darlene and Joe Placone, all of Phoenix, 
  Ariz.; and one sister, Jamie Lee Olsen, at home.  Services were conducted Saturday 
  at 3pm at the Price Funeral Home by Pastor John Duffus. Private interment followed.
