LEROY O'NEIL

  Guy Leroy O'Neil, aged 55, died Thursday, Jan. 16, at 5 p.m. at his home, 501 
North St., Meyersdale.  He had worked the previous day.
  Mr. O'Neil was born Feb. 12, 1891, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of John and Emma 
(Rector) O'Neil.  He was employed by the Kelly-Springfield Company, Cumberland, 
Md.
  Surviving are his wife, the former Margaret Wiland, and one daughter, Mrs. 
James Dugan, Uniontown.  There are four grandchildren.
  He was a brother of Walter O'Neil, Detroit, Mich.; William O'Neil, Hunker; 
Miss Sue Hydie, Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. Harry Weir, Mt. Pleasant; Mrs. John McCaul, 
Pleasant Unity; Mrs. Brooks Hays, Mt. Pleasant, and Mrs. Clyde Pool, Export.  
John O'Neil, father of the decedent also resides at Mt. Pleasant.
  Mr. O'Neil was a member of the Meyersdale Lutheran Church.
  Funeral services were held at the family home Sunday at 2:30 p.m. by Rev. 
Howard K. Hilner.  Burial was made in Union Cemetery under direction of the 
Price & Son Funeral Home.
