  Charles L. "Chappy" Onstead, 83, Central City RD 1, died May 20, 1989, at
  Somerset Hospital.  Born March 29, 1906, in Stonycreek Township, son of
  Christ* E. and Annie (Ross) Onstead.  Preceded in death by parents; first
  wife, the former Kathryn Croner; four sisters and two brothers.  Survived
  by wife, the former Mary Imgrund; daughter, Ivaline "Liny" married to Floyd
  Lehman, Somerset RD 5; her children - Larry, Becky Holt, and Rennie; her
  grandchildren - Jim Lehman and Chris and Jamie Holt; son, Bob D., married
  to Joan Weaver, Germany; his children - Vickie Down, Cindy and Bobbie Sue
  Hart; daughter, Nancy, married to Lester Custer, Sarasota, Fla.; her
  children - Douglas and Lester; daughter, Judy, married to Norman Weyant,
  Friedens RD 2; her children - Gregory, Lora Norris and Kathryn; her
  grandson, Dustin Weyant; stepson, Walter Stull, married to Alice Swank,
  Meyersdale RD 4; his children - Douglas, Joanne and Brian.  Brother of
  Nettie and Elmer, both in Bedford County.  Retired from Robert Long
  Mining.  Member of St. Mark Lutheran Church, Shanksville, and F.O.E.,
  Somerset.  Family will receive friends 6-9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral
  Home, STOYSTOWN, where service will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, the Rev.
  Horst H. Bandle officiating.  Interment, Walker Cemetery, Shanksville.
