  MRS. FRANK M. OPEL
  
  Mrs. Alta A. Opel, 72, of 319 Clay St., Johnston, died Sept. 22, 1973, in 
  Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburg.  Born Oct. 9, 1900, in Meyersdale, she was a 
  daughter of the late John W. and Eliza (Smith) Austin.  She was also preceded in 
  death by her husband, Frank M. Opel, and a son Frank A. Opel Jr.
  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Jeanne) Donaldson of New Castle; 
  two grandsons, Bradley and Jeffery Opel, Baltimore, Md; and these sisters and 
  brothers: Mrs. C. Ray (Edna) Boyd, Bethel Park; J. Lee Austin, Long Boat Key, 
  Fla.; Irene A. Schultz, Meyersdale; and Ray M. Austin, W. Collingswood, N.J.
  Funeral service was held Tuesday; Sept. 25, in Henderson Funeral Home, 
  Johnston.  Interment in Union Cemetery, Meyersdale.
