SAMUEL H. ORNER

  Samuel Harrison Orner, 77, died last Thursday afternoon at his home near 
Salisbury after a brief illness.  He was born in Cambria County, April 18, 1866.  
His wife, Mrs. Sarah May Bell (McKenzie) Orner, died several years ago.  
Survivors include four step-children - Mrs. Mary Baer, Greenville Twp.; Mrs. 
Millie Dishong, Salisbury; Harry, residing in Ohio, and George, Salisbury.  He 
was a brother of Mrs. Tilley Reger, Johnstown, and Mrs. Elizabeth Dishong, 
Frostburg, Md.
  Funeral services were held at 10:30 o'clock Saturday morning in the Catholic 
Church at Avilton, Md., followed by interment in the church cemetery under the 
direction of Stanley M. Thomas, Salisbury mortician.
