  Anne E. Oster, 78, of Stoystown RD 3, formerly of Hooversville, died Oct. 22,
  1985, at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Dec. 21, 1906, in Ralphton,
  daughter of Joseph and Julia (Tokar) Vinosky.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, Charles M.; brothers, John, Joe and Andy Vinosky, and Steve
  Palenchar; and sisters, Elizabeth Smith and Mary Hitlin.  She is survived by
  these children:  Mrs. Jay (Margaret) Powell of Woodbridge, Va.; Mrs. Leonard
  (Doris) Mastracola, Camillus, N.Y.; Walter E., married to Isabel McKenzie,
  Hollsopple RD 2; Mrs. Robert (Dorothy) Shank, Woodbridge, Va.; Mrs. Edward
  (Anna Mae) Matse, Chambersburg; Mrs. Kenneth (Mary Louise) Peterman,
  Arlington, Va.; Mrs. Paul (Barbara Jean) Muro, Stoystown RD 3; 13
  grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.  She was a sister of Mrs. J. Merle
  (Helen) Barnett of Stoystown RD 2.  Family will receive friends 7-9 p.m.
  Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Harold N. Biller
  officiating.  Interment, P.O.S. of A. Cemetery of Hooversville.
