    James Ostrowski Jr., 45, of Friedens died March 28, 1990, in Mercy
  Hospital, Johnstown.  Born Dec. 3, 1944, in Yorktown, Va.  Son of the late
  James and Ida May (Marshall) Ostrowski.  Preceded in death by infant son,
  Terry Lee.  Survived by wife, Linda (Chrise); one daughter, Tammy Linn
  Hulton, Youngstown, Ohio; three grandchildren: David, Joshua and Heather, and
  these brothers and sisters:  Robert Lee Ostrowski, and Patricia Ann Egolf,
  Haynes, Va.; Diane Hardy, Newport News, Va., and Loretta Faye Lawrence,
  Baltimore, Md.  Employed by Miller Picking Corp.  Member of United Steel
  Workers of America.  Veteran of U.S. Navy.  Also member of American Legion
  Post 181, Somerset.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday
  at Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 1
  p.m. Friday, Rev. Gerald E. Deffenbaugh.  Interment, Ursina Cemetery.
