Ott, 88, Laurel View Village, Davidsville, died July 10, 2004, at Laurel View. Born May 23, 1916, in Shade Township, daughter of Byron E. and Ida B. (Miller) Lehman. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Howard Ott, who died July 17, 2002; and sister, Lois Miller. Survived by two sons and their spouses, Harold R. and Barbara (Barkman), Boalsburg, and Carl E. and Jean (Bossman), Tallahassee, Fla.; brother, Ray F. Lehman, Stoystown; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was a 1933 graduate of Hooversville High School. On March 3, 1940, she married the late Howard R. Ott in Hooversville. She was a member of Hollsopple United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women and the Connumach Lioness Club. In 2003, she was recognized as the Outstanding Lioness of District 14M. She and Howard traveled extensively in the United States, having visited all 50 states in their 62 years of marriage. She spent many years as a Sunday school teacher and Adult Camp Counselor at Camp Allegheny. In addition to her family, her favorite activities included sewing, quilting and reading. Family receives friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., Davidsville, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. The Rev. Wes Yoder officiating. Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park. Memorial service will also be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Laurel View Village.
