JOHN B. OTTER

  John B. Otter, died on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 3, in Memorial Hospital, 
Cumberland, where he had been a patient for three weeks.
  Born in Germany, March 2, 1869, he was aged 76 years and 7 months at the time 
of his death.  His wife preceded him in death 17 years ago.
  Surviving are his son, J. Raymond Otter, of Meyersdale, with whom he made his 
home, and two grandchildren, Mickey and Barbara Otter.
  Friends will be received at the Konhaus Funeral Home, until 3:30 on Saturday 
morning, when funeral services will be held in SS. Philip and James Catholic 
Church, with Rev. Father Thomas J. Houghton celebrating requiem mass.
  Burial will be made in the Wellersburg Union Cemetery, in charge of H. R. 
Konhaus, local mortician.
