Born July 15, 1937, in Springs, he is the son of the late Glen Otto and Edna (Geiger) Otto Peck. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Patricia (Kelley) Otto. Surviving are his wife, Jeanne (Bowman) Otto; his stepfather, Paul Peck, Springs; two stepsons, John (Amy) Harshberger and their children, Kyle, Mitchell and Alayna, Salisbury; Paul (Sonya) Harshberger and their daughter, Ashley, Inman, Kansas; two brothers, Chester (Janet) Otto, Accident, Md., and their children, Eric, Emily and Elizabeth; Blair (LuAnn) Otto, Salisbury, and their daughter, Shelley; one sister, Gloria (Rudy) Borton, Albuquerque, N.M.; and their children, Wendy and Susan, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Gary and Peggy Baer and Glenn's Godchildren, Shelley Otto and Zelma Atwell. Mr. Otto was a member of Salisbury Church of the Brethren. He retired after 30 years of service with Keystone Lime Co. His hobby was woodworking and he and his wife were avid bottle collectors. Mr. Otto is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Newman Funeral Home Inc., 9168 Mason-Dixon Highway, Salisbury, where a service will be conducted 11 a.m. Monday. The Rev.
