  Hazel E. Otto, 73, of Springs, died Oct. 21, 1977 in Berlin.  She was born
  Sept. 27, 1904, in Springs, the daughter of the late Jacob J. and Rachel
  (Livengood) Otto.  Survived by one brother, Mark of Springs, and 14 nieces
  and nephews.  She was a member of the Springs Mennonite Church and the
  Springs Historical Society.  Friends are being received at the Thomas
  Funeral Home in Salisbury and funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today
  at the Springs Mennonite Church with the Rev. John H. Kraybill and the Rev.
  Walter C. Otto officiating.  Interment, Springs Cemetery.  The body will
  lie in state at the church from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. 
  Friends are being received at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury.
