The Rev. Ira S. Monn, pastor, officiated, and burial was made in the church cemetery. A men's chorus sang several selections. Pall bearers were members of the Grantsville Camp No. 41, W.O.W., which held a memorial service at the home, Wednesday night. He was a son of Samuel L. and Emma (Kamp) Otto, and was born September 9, 1910 at New Germany. He was an active member of the Reformed church and served as Advisor Lieutenant of Grantsville camp of W.O.W. for two terms. He acted as registration judge on the election board for District No. 3, Precinct No. 2, Grantsville, for several elections. He married Miss Mary Jankey, Mt. Lake Park, Md., February 18, 1933, who survives with a son, Robert, and a daughter, Helen, and his parents. Also surviving are two brothers, Odell and Willard Otto, Baltimore, and four sisters, Mrs. Thomas Merrill, Baltimore; Mrs. Blayne Shunk and Miss Betty Jo Otto, Grantsville, and Mrs. Joseph Kenny, Boston, Mass. Among those attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. William Ferris, Mr. and Mrs. Olen Broadwater and Miss Ruth Otto, Akron, O., Forrest Felix, Mrs. Stanley Dunn and Mrs. Calvin Maser, Johnstown.
