Born Sept. 1, 1914, in Springs, a son of the late Jacob J. and Rachael (Livengood) Otto. Survived by widow, Dixie (Beachy) Ott [sic]; two sons: James M. Otto of Marion, Va., and David E. Otto of Accident, Md.; three daughters: Patricia A. Flowers, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Marsha R. Cogley, of Salisbury, Pa., and Miss Beverly K. Otto of Cumberland, Md.; also 9 grandchildren. Member of St. John's Lutheran Church of Salisbury. Member of Salisbury Lions Club and Salisbury Walker-Harris VFW Post 8826. Friends received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Thomas Funeral Home, Salisbury, where funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Rev. David E. Fetter, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, Salisbury, officiating. Interment, Springs Cemetery, Springs, Pa. Mr. Otto was a retired businessman.
