  Stoy J. Otto, 63, of Somerset died Dec. 29, 1989, in Somerset Hospital.  Born
  Nov. 2, 1926, in Somerset, son the the late Cloyde Evans and Emma Ruth (Long)
  Otto.  Survived by wife, the former Jean L. Koontz, and these children:  Mrs.
  Louis (Margaret) Vescio, Virginia Beach, Va.;  Allen C. Otto, married to the
  former LuAnn Mayak, Somerset RD 5, and Mrs. Anthony (Karen) "Pixie" Esposita,
  Somerset;  grandchildren: David and Robert Vescio, Jennifer, Kayla and Alana
  Otto.  Brother of Cameron Otto of LaVale, Md.  Operated the Stoy J. Otto
  Accounting and Income Tax Service of Somerset.  Member of Trinity Lutheran
  Church, American Legion Post 181, B.P.O. Elks #1951 of Meyersdale.  Friends
  were received 7-9 p.m. Monday and will be received from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.
  today at Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Wednesday, the Rev. H. James Myers officiating.  Interment, Somerset County 
  Memorial Park.
