Otto Sr., 70, of Baltimore and Swanton, Md, died Wednesday, January 8, 1986, at Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore. Born in New Germany, he was a son of Mrs. Emma F. (Kamp) Otto, Grantsville, Md. and the late Samuel Otto. He was retired from the Armco Steel Company in Baltimore. He was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, New Germany. Besides his mother, he is survived by his widow, Mrs. Jennie C. (Bickford) Otto; one son, Willard E. Otto, Jr., Baltimore; five daughters: Mrs. W. Loudell Stockman, Denton; Mrs. Connie J. Price, Mrs. Peggy A. Soltis, Mrs. Sandra L. Bornscheure and Mrs. Janice C. Lewis, all of Baltimore; one brother, Odell O. Otto, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio; four sisters: Mrs. Eileen Merrill, Baltimore; Mrs. Bernice Kenney, Norwood, Mass; Mrs. Grace Shunk and Mrs. Betty Jo Swauger, both of Grantsville; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Services were conducted Saturday morning at the Schimnuek Funeral Home, 3331 Brehms Lane, Baltimore. Interment, Crestlawn Cemetery. Meyersdale Republic, January 16, 1986 [O0321]
