  ZELDA JEAN (SIMMONS) OTTO 
  
  Zelda Jean (Simmons) Otto, 78, formerly of Ferndale, died Dec. 4, 2004, at
  Arbutus Park Manor.  Born Aug. 3, 1926, in Johnstown, daughter of the late
  Elroy Simmons Sr. and Hazel (Shomo) Simmons.  Preceded in death by husband,
  G. Frederick Otto. Survived by daughter, Lorrie Jean, married to Michael
  Duffy, Portage; granddaughters, Kahlie Lynn and Melanie Maria.  Also
  survived by brother and sister, Elroy and Elnor Simmons, both of Johnstown.
  Member of Christ United Methodist Church, Moxham.  Graduated from Johnstown
  High School, Class of 1944.  Formerly employed by Penn Traffic Co.,
  Johnstown.  She was a loving wife, homemaker and a caring neighbor.  Friends
  will be received from 2 to 5 and 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to
  service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215
  Central Ave., Johnstown.  The Rev. Valerie Conrad officiating.  Private
  interment.  Memorial donations may be made to Christ United Methodist
  Church, 200 Ohio St., Johnstown.
