  ROY C. OVERBECK
  
  Roy C. Overbeck, 85, formerly of Somerset Pike, Hollsopple RD, died July
  28, 2002 at Patriot Manor.  Born Oct. 6, 1916 in Albright, W.Va., son of
  Louis and Nellie Belle (Metheny) Overbeck.  Preceded in death by parents,
  brother Victor Overbeck and half-brother, Harold Overbeck.  Survived by
  wife of 62 years, the former Dorothy C. Bowser;  sons Paul D., married to
  Mona Stern, Bedford, Tom A. married to Diane Landrum, Medford, Ore., and
  Robert L. married to Gail Behon, Somerset;  grandchildren, Jeff, Scott,
  Melissa, Stacey and Shawn;  great-grandchildren, Jared, Mark and Emily; and
  sister, Edythe Stern, Washington Crossing. Member of the Laurel Hill Gospel
  Tabernacle.  Retired employee of Boswell Lumber Company with 53 years
  service. Army vetran of World War II.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7
  to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell. 
  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the
  Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, Somerset Pike, Jennerstown.  Pastors C.J.
