  Ruth Kimmel Owen, 65, died Oct. 15, 1988, in Kaiser Hospital, San Diego,
  Calif.  Born Oct. 9, 1923 in Kimmelton, Somerset County, daughter of John
  and Virginia R. Kimmel.  Preceded in death by parents and four brothers: 
  Paul, Frank, Richard, and John. Survived by husband, John;  daughters,
  Linda Dusharme, Debbie Stover;  son, John; and brother Merle D. Kimmel of
  Somerset.  Interment, El Camino Memorial Park.
