  Mrs. Jennie M. Rugg Page, 75, of Sunny Acres, Somerset RD 2, died
  Jan. 17, 1978, at her residence.  Born Feb. 20, 1902, in Black
  Township, a daughter of the late Jeremiah and Tina (Hoover)
  Phillippi.  Preceded in death by her husbands, Simon Rugg in 1947 and
  Earl Page in 1968, and one daughter, Esther Irene.  Survived by the
  following children: Ada Rugg of Rockwood; Mrs. Louise Scarlett of
  Ursina; Mrs. Opal Harbaugh of Somerset; Mrs. Nellie Faix and Mrs.
  Dolly Limley of McKeesport; Mrs. Nelda Brubaker of Hooversvile;
  Robert Rugg of Albuquerque, N.M.; 33 grandchildren and 20
  great-grandchildren.  Sister of Mrs. Fannie Pritts of Rockwood and
  Mrs. Etta Handwerk of Osterburg.  Friends will be received after 7
  p.m. in the Wilbur D. Miller Funeral Home where services will be
  conducted Friday at 1 p.m.  Interment. Mt. Zion Cemetery.
