  PALENCHER
  
  Kathryn Pauline Palencher, 86, of Somerset died Nov. 4, 2001, at
  Pleasant View Nursing Home, Lisbon, Ohio.  Born July 8, 1915, in
  Somerset.  Daughter of Harry and Olive Mae (Shumate) Hause.  Preceded
  in death by parents, husband, Steve Palencher who died June 17,
  1957, sister, Shirley Costea, and brother, Clarence Elwood "John"
  Hause.  Survived by son, A. Dean Osborne, married to the former
  Shirley Thomas, of East Palestine, Ohio; 3 grandchildren: Mrs.
  Leonard (Betty Ann) Pieri of East Palestine Mrs. John (Wendy) Hoffman
  of Columbiana, Ohio, and Mrs. Melissa Burford of Groton Conn.; 6
  great-grandchildren Nicholas Osborne, Vincent Pieri, Michael Hoffman,
  Zoe and Zane Hoffman, and Brittany Burford.  Also, brothers and sister,
  H. Kenneth Hause of El Paso, Texas, Mrs. Carl (Virginia) Walpusk of
  Coraoplis, and Paul E. "Tucker" Hause of Somerset.  Member of St.
  Paul's United Church of Christ, graduate of Somerset High School and
  retired in 1977 as a dietary supervisor for the former Somerset State
  Hospital with 35 years of service.  Friends received from 2-4 & 7-9
  p.m. Monday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home where services will be
  conducted 10 a.m. Nov 6 with Rev. Glenn E. Sadler officiating.
  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.
