  ELSIE A. PALMER
  
  Elsie A. Palmer, 71, of Zephyrhills, Fla., went to be with the Lord on Jan.
  21, 2004.  Born Feb. 25, 1932, in Ligonier and moved to Zephyrhills, Fla.,
  in 1993.  She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Roy and Rosa
  (Pritts) Wolford; one brother, Ralph Wolford and one granddaughter, Heidi
  Palmer.  Survived by husband of 51 years, Charles W. Palmer; children,
  William Palmer of Wesley Chapel, Fla., Valerie Refi of Ephrata and Linda
  Swartz of Bedford; nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  Also
  survived by three brothers, Jay Wolford, Clyde Wolford and Carl Wolford and
  three sisters, Freda Maust, Fern Sanner and Shirley Horne.  Also survived by
  numerous nieces and nephews.  Friends received 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the
  Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Monday.  Family will also receive friends from 10 a.m. Monday until time of
  service.  Interment in Somerset County Memorial Park.
