Palmer, 47, 96 School Ave., Jerome, dead on arrival Nov. 21, 1975 at Memorial Hospital, Johnstown. Born Dec. 5, 1927 in Westmoreland County, Pa. Son of George and Mary Patula Palmer. Preceded in death by parents and an infant sister Agnes, survived by these children: William M., married to the former Debbi Frampton; Robert M., married to the former Karen Malzi; and Miss Ruth Palmer all of Johnstown; two grandchildren; was a brother of George M. married to the former Margaret Koval and James married to the former June Davies, both of Jerome; and, Dorothy, wife of Stephen Szala of Hollsopple. Was a veteran of World War II, member of Post 802 American Legion, Jerome, New Baltimore Sportsmen's Club, Stahlstown Rod and Gun Club, Dale Borough Fire Company, and Polish Falcons Jerome, Nest 556. Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Saturday. and 9 a.m. to 9-p.m. Sunday at the Joseph G. Hoffman Funeral Home, 909 Main St., Boswell where funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday with Rev.
