  JOHN J. PANICH
  
  John J. Panich, 75, of Allen Park, Mich., formerly of Rockwood, died
  Jan. 6, 1980, at Heritage Hospital in Taylor, Mich.  Born May 30,
  1904, in Beaverdale, he was a son of Julius and Mary (Prochnavy)
  Panik.  He is survived by his wife, Ruth V. (Depp) Panich; also by two
  sons: Tom Panich, Rockwood RD 3; and Roger Panich, of Allen Park,
  Mich. Two brothers: Steve Panik, Rockwood RD 3; and Joe Panik of
  Rockwood.  Five sisters: Miss Helen Panik, Rockwood RD 3; Mrs. Wilma
  Dunbar, Rockwood; Mrs. Olga Veltry, White Lake, Mich.; Mrs. Emily
  Landon, Washington state; and Mrs. Margaret Young, Bridgeport, Conn.;
  four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; also two
  brothers and one sister.  Friends were received in the Wiilliam J.
  Wood Funeral Home, Rockwood, where services were conducted Wednesday
  at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Clarence C. Moore officiating Interment,
  Rockwood I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
