  MRS. FRANCES PANION 
  
  Mrs. Frances Panion, 93, Berlin, formerly of Boswell, died Aug. 29,
  1979, at Berlin.  She was born Aug. 16, 1886, in Yugoslavia, a
  daughter of Paul and Ann Veselich.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, Andrew, who died in 1942; son, Charles, killed in World War
  II; son, Andrew Jr.; infant twin daughters; infant son; and infant
  daughter; three sisters and a brother in Europe.  She is survived by
  these children: Mary (Downey), wife of Elmer Miller, Mansfield, Ohio;
  Thomas J., married to the former Elizabeth Vesek, Baltimore, Md.;
  Katherine, wife of Fred Birchall, Boswell; and Frank L., married to
  the former Helen Tokarz, Gray; 13 grandchildren; 23
  great-grandchildren ; one great-great-grandchild.  Member of St.
  Joseph's Catholic Church, Boswell; Boswell American Legion Auxiliary;
  Gold Star Mother; and Boswell resident for many years.  Friends were
  received at Joseph H. Hoffman Funeral Home, 227 Allegheny St.,
  Boswell, where Wake Service was held Thursday.  Mass of Christian
  Burial at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Boswell, the Rev. Eugene
  Molnar.  Interment, Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
