  PANION
  
  Helen (Tokarz) Panion, 76, East 2nd Street, Gray, died Jan 23, 2003,
  in the Titusville (Pa.) Hospital.  Born Dec. 9 1926, in Jenner
  Township, she was the daughter of Michael and Mary (Starzyk) Tokarz.
  She was preceded in death by parents, husband of 52 years, Frank L.
  on May 20, 1997; grandson Nathan J. Panion on Feb. 7, 1994, sister
  Josephine and brother John.  She is survived by son Lewis. K., married
  to Ruth Pushkar, of Titusville; daughter LaVonne Marie, married to
  Ronald J. Destro, of Pittsburgh; and grandchildren Tonya (Panion)
  Bishop, Lane Marie Destro and Angela Rae Destro.  She is the sister of
  Anna Wasylczak, Gray; Sophie Trella, Acosta, Victoria Franczak of
  Springdale, and Andrew, married to Mary Jane Rycyk, Coal Junction.
  She also is survived by sister-in-law Katherine Birchall, Boswell.
  She was a member of All-Saints Catholic parish, was a housewife,
  mother and grandmother who did upholstering as a pastime.  Friends
  will be received from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Hoffman Funeral Home,
  Alleghany Street, Boswell, where a vigil for the deceased will be held
  at 2 p.m. Sunday.  Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at
  All-Saints Chapel, Acosta, with the Rev. Father Justin Ratajczak OFM
  Conv. celebrant.  Committal in the Somerset County Memorial Park.
