  Claire B. (Phennecie) Parr, 83, of Baltimore, Md., formerly of
  Garrett, died Oct. 12,1979 in Baltimore, Md.  She was preceded in
  death by her husband, the late Judge Joseph T. Parr.  She is survived
  by a sister, Anna Phennecie, Somerset; 10 nephews and one niece.
  Friends were received at the Mitchell-Wiedefeld Funeral Home, 6500
  York Rd., Baltimore, Md. Monday.  Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday at
  10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, Govans, Baltimore.  Burial, Holy
  Redeemer Cemetery.
