  PASSANITI, Francesca 12/22/07  Daily American
  
   Francesca Passaniti, 94, Cresson, formerly of Johnstown passed on Dec. 19, 2007, at
  The Patriot. Born Feb. 23, 1913, in Messina, Sicily, she is the daughter of the late 
  Sebastiano and Marie (Patti) Mollica. She is also preceded in death by her husband,
  Joseph Passaniti in 1987; sister, Concetta Brunetto; and brother, Nino Mollica. She is
  survived by her sons, Carmelo Passaniti and wife, Susan, Los Angeles; and Angelitto
  Passaniti, Somerset; grandchildren, Reno, Marco, and Mario Passaniti and Monica,
  Anthony, and Alex Passaniti; great-grandchildren, Emily and Nico Passaniti; and
  brothers, Giuseppe and Salvador Mollica in Sicily. She was a member of St. Clare of 
  Assisi Roman Catholic Church in Geistown and was also affiliated with St. Andrew's
  Church in Johnstown and Santa Anna Church in Malvagna, Sicily. She was a very likeable
  person who touched the lives of many. Friends will be received from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday
  at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset, where a vigil for the deceased will be held at 5
  p.m. A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew's Church in
  Johnstown, Father Angelo Patti celebrant. Interment at St. Anthony's Cemetery, 
  Richland. Memorial contributions may be sent to The John Paul II Manor at 856 Cambria St.
  Cresson, PA 16630.
