  Geraldine E. (Biesecker) Patrick 80, of Patrick Road, Boswell RD,
  died July 9, 1998, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.  Born Sept.
  2, 1917, in Jenner Township.  Daughter of Irvin and Elizabeth (Cover)
  Biesecker.  Preceded in death by parents; sisters Florence, Trudy
  Gallienne and Catherine Holsopple; brother Ted; grandson John
  Williams II; and great-granddaughter Hope Elizabeth Brame.  Survived
  by husband, Russell; children: Shirley, wife of John Williams,
  Mechanicsburg; Charlotte, wife of John Brame, New Cumberland; Dixie,
  wife of John Geistwite, Harrisburg, and Ricky, married to Faye
  Carlson, Mechanicsburg.  Six grandchildren and five
  great-grandchildren.  Lifelong member of the Hopewell United Methodist
  Church, Hollsopple RD, where she was treasurer for many years.  Also
  member of the United Merhodist Women, I.L.G.W.U. and the Forbes
  Senior Citizens.  1935 graduate of the former Boswell High School.
  Retired employee of the former Dorfman and Hoffman Garment Factory.
  Observed 62nd wedding anniversary July 5, 1998.  Friends will be
  received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Hoffman Funeral
  Home, Main Street, Boswell.  Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of
  service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Hopewell church, the Rev. Wilma G.
  Homer officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  Memorials to
  Geraldine's church building fund, 151 Hopewell Church Rd.,
  Hollsopple, Pa. 15935.
