    James C. Patrick Sr., 75, Windber, passed away June 14, 2006 at Bon Secour Hospital
  in Altoona. Born Oct. 28, 1930 in Windber. Son of the late Pete and Mary (Chakey)
  Patrick. Also preceded in death by wife, the former Julia Elias, brothers John and
  Thomas. Survived by these children Susan, wife of Thomas Mesaros, Boswell, James Jr.,
  married to the former Rebecca Bostock, Windber, and Daniel, married to the former
  Christine Swarney, Johnstown. Grandchildren Sarah and Hannah Mesaros and Victoria
  Patrick. Brother of William J., married to the former Violet Scliga, Windber. Also
  survived by nephews John, Blase, and Bryan. James was a Korean War Veteran, member of
  Windber VFW Post 4795 and the American Legion. The family will receive friends from 2 to
  4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Meek and Dalla Valle Funeral Home Inc., Windber where
  funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Gary Anderson officiating.
