  Kathryn A. Patrick, 85, of Nanty Glo, Pa. was entrusted into our
  Heavenly Father's care on Monday, May 5, 2003.  She was a resident at
  Patriot Manor; Somerset, Pa.  Born Sept. 10, 1917 in Nanty Glo, a
  daughter of the late Andrej and Magdalena (Chlebek) Kuftic.  Preceded
  in death by husband, Frank J. Patrick, sisters, Mary A. Kivisto,
  Annie Templeton and Clara Burns and brothers, Andrew and John
  Kuftic.  Survived by brother, George Kuftic, Clairion, Pa. and
  children: Robert F. and wife Josephine Patrick, Tempe, Ariz., Francis
  J. and wife Mary Ann Patrick, Nanty Glo, Maryann and husband John B.
  Hinds, Tokyo, Japan, and Joann and husband, Theodore Deskevich,
  Somerset; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.  Member of
  St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Nanty Glo, Altar and Rosary Society
  and Legion of Mary, Nanty Glo Senior Citizens and Independent Bowling
  League.  Kathryn was an employee for the former Cambria Dress Factory
  in Nanty Glo.  Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Wednesday at the Askew-Houser Funeral Homes Inc., Nanty Glo, where a
  vigil prayer service will be held that evening.  Funeral Mass at 11
  a.m. Thursday at St. Mary's Church with Rev. Father David S. Peles,
  celebrant.  Committal at Holy Name Cemetery, Ebensburg.
