"Jack" Paugh Jr., 73, of Jenner Crossroads, DOA July 20, 2003, at Somerset Hospital. Born July 17, 1930, in Gray, son of John Sr. and Florence M. (Mankamier) Paugh. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Jacquelyn Rae Paugh and sisters Edna Gaynell Paugh, Elaine Neri, Arvilla Hydock and Mardell Escherich. Survived by these children: Douglas "Skip," Boswell; Timothy, married to Cindi Gomitar, Johnstown; Larry, married to Debbie Gindlesperger, Jennerstown; Kevin; Terry and friend Mildred Grace and Rhonda and friend Ed Fisher, all of Boswell. Also grandchildren Coty Marissa, Jason and Bradley. Great-granddaughter Maggie; brother William of Cleveland, Ohio; sister Patricia of Somerset; former wife Barbara E. (Fish) Paugh of Boswell; and companion of 32 years, Loretta Greeley of Somerset. Navy veteran of the Korean War. Life member of Somerset Post 181 American Legion and Somerset Post 554 VFW. Member and past officer of the Jenner Rod and Gun Club. Also member of Post 234 Military Order of the Comic, Somerset Aerie 1801 FOE, New Baltimore Sportsmen's Association and the Somerset County Honor Guard. Retired employee of the former Johnstown plant, Bethlehem Steel Corp. Cat Shop Division, with 36 years service. Co-owner of the former Paugh's Hotel, Jenner Crossroads. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where a service will be held 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Donald Trotz officiating.
