Paul, 88, of Oak Haven, Koppel, Pa., died Feb. 6 in Ellwood City Hospital. A native of Wellersburg, he was a son of the late George and Katherine (Trimble) Paul. Mr. Paul owned and operated a service station in Koppel 44 years. He was a past director and president of the Koppel-Big Beaver Area School Board, a member of Rock Point Odd Fellows Lodge of Clinton, Pa., BPO Elks Lodge 384 of Beaver Falls and a graduate of the Tri-State Business School of Pittsburgh. Surviving are his widow. Mrs. Mary H. (Niclout) Paul; four sons, Robert Paul, Bedford, Ind.; Charles Paul, Koppel; Edward Paul and Maurice Paul, both of Big Beaver; five sisters, Mrs. Effie Freeland, Keyser; Mrs. Stella Healey, Youngstown, Ohio; Mrs. Margaret Ray, Cumberland; Mrs. Clara Shillingburg, Weston; Mrs. Grace Sturtz, Wellersburg; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
