WILLIAM E. PEARSON

  Mr. William E. Pearson, 48, former resident of Salisbury, died at his home in 
Detroit, Mich., Monday, October 31.  He was born in Lonaconing, Md., on July 31, 
1901, son of Karl D. and Catherine (Rushton) Pearson.
  Mr. Pearson is survived by his parents, who now reside in Salisbury; by two 
daughters; Mrs. Robert K. Monn, Salisbury and Miss Susan Pearson, Detroit, 
Mich.; and by two brothers; Charles Pearson, Salisbury and George Pearson, 
Potomac Park, Md.
  Funeral services were conducted in the Thomas Funeral Parlor at 4:00 p.m. on 
Wednesday with the Rev. Lloyd A. McKinley, pastor of the Methodist Church 
officiating.  Interment in the IOOF Cemetery in charge of Mortician Stanley M. 
Thomas.
