  May A. (Strom) Peck, 66, Rockwood RD 2, died Sept. 16, 1982, at
  Uniontown Hospital.  She was born June 26, 1916, in Ligonier Township,
  a daughter of the late Oran and Almeda Strom.  She was preceded in
  death by brother, Hardnet; and son, Kenneth.  She is survived by
  husband of 49 years, Emory G.; children: Mrs. Ralph (Almeda) Snyder
  of Rockwood RD 2; Mrs. Robert (Freda) Jones of Ligonier RD 1; John
  A., Somerset RD 4; Ivan O., New Salem; Lloyd W., Scottdale; Mrs.
  Merle (Carolyn) Henry of Rockwood; Calvin E. and William J., both of
  Rockwood RD 2; 16 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  She was a
  sister of Mrs. William (Jane) Palmer of Ligonier and Mrs. Charles
  (Helen) Ament of Morgantown, W.Va.  She was a member of Middlecreek
  Church of the Brethren.  Friends were received at the Wilbur D. Miller
  Funeral Home, where services were conducted with the Rev. William Hay
  officiating.  Interment, Middledreek Cemetery.
