ROSE HONE PEDROES

Grantsville, Maryland

  Friends here received news Monday morning telling of the death of Mrs. Rose 
Hone Pedroes, which occurred at her home at Pekin, Ill., Sunday, Jan. 19.  Mrs. 
Pedroes has a number of relatives and friends living in this and the Oakland 
sections of the county and has often visited in Grantsville at the home of the 
late Miss Gertrude Hone.  The body was brought to the home of her brother, D. A. 
Hone, at Lancaster, Pa., where funeral services were held Wednesday.  No details 
were given in the message.  One daughter, Miss Charlotte Pedroes, Chicago, Ill., 
survives.
