Pegnato, 72, of Champion died Dec. 6, 1997, at her home. Born Jan. 11, 1925, at West Springfield, Mass., a daughter of the late Wallace and Grace P. Powers Goldsmith. She was a graduate of Cathedral High School in Springfield, Mass. Member of St. Raymond of the Mountains Roman Catholic Church, Donegal. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Helen Bolton of Holliston, Mass. Survived by her husband, Frank M. Pegnato; a brother-in-law, Bennett Bolton of Holliston, Mass., and several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Clyde Brooks Funeral Home, Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, Pa. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in St. Raymond of the Mountains R.C. Church, Donegal, with Rev. Edward Tajc as celebrant. Interment, St. Raymond's Parish Cemetery.
