  Nicholas S. Pelesky, 72, of 8 West Street, Jenner, DOA Dec. 30, 1988,
  at Memorial Hospital.  Born Feb. 7, 1916, in Ralphton.  Son of John and
  Pauline (Radowsky) Pelesky Sr.  Preceded in death by parents.  Survived
  by wife, the former Stella Szymanski.  Brother of John Jr., Jenner; Ann
  Green, Phoenixville, Pa.; Michael, married to the former Sue Shaffer,
  Stoystown RD 1; Stephen, married to the former Pauline Vidischak,
  Ebensburg; Frank, married to the former Bernice Runtz, Allen Park,
  Michigan; Helen, wife of Dr. Raymond Curanzy, Talmyra, Pa.; Pauline
  Farrell, Fairfax, Va.; Verdine, wife of William Frederick, Arlington,
  Va.  Member of St. Mary's Orthodox Catholic Church, Jenner, Boswell
  Post 461 American Legion, Jenner Rod and Gun Club, Kingston Vets and
  Sportsmen's Club, Somerset County Old Timers Baseball Association,
  Kennells Mill Sportsmen's Club and Merrills Marauders Association.
  Retired employee of the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.  Army
  veteran of World War II and recipient of a Bronze Star for combat
  service in Burma Theatre of war.  Friends will be recieved from 7-9
  p.m. Saturday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Hoffman Funeral Home,
  Main Street, Boswell where Panachida will be held at 7:30 p.m.
  Saturday and Parastas at 7:30 p.m. Sunday.  Panachida will also be
  held at 9:15 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, followed by Devine
  Liturgy at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church.  Father John A. Baranik Jr.,
  officiating.  Interment, church cemetery.  Graveside military rites by
  Menoher Post 155 VFW.
