  Katherine Peltz, 98, 326 Quemahonlng St., Boswell, died Nov. 10,
  1987, at Maple Mt. Manor, Berlin.  Born April 29, 1889, ln Poland,
  daughter of Jacob and Agnes Homenda.  Preceded in death by parents;
  husband, John, died 1963; four sons: John, Stanley, Paul and Frank;
  four grandchlldren; and several brothers and sisters.  Survived by
  these children: Antonio, Joseph, and Julia, wife of Steve Chowan, all
  of Boswell; Agnes, wife of Frank Cieszynski, Ocala, Fla.; and Charles,
  married to former Marie Kaniak, Alsip, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; 16
  great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson.  Member of St.
  Stanislaus Catholic Church, and St. Barbara Sodality, Boswell.
  Friends received from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday
  at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where wake service
  will be held at 7:30 p.m. Friday.  Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m.
  Saturday at St. Stanislaus Church, Father Alfred Evanoski,
  O.F.M.Conv.  Interment, church cemetery.
